Cod may be replaced by shrimp, fish or vegetables .
For four people:
250 g cod, 250 g flour, half a sachet of baking powder, a glass of milk, an egg, an onion, a clove of garlic, a bouquet garni, a pepper, parsley, oil, pepper mill. Boil the cod 45 minutes by changing the water two to three times to desalt (I desalinate in 48 hours by changing water regularly), remove the crumbled edges. Add the bouquet garni or remove finely chopped, the garlic pressed, the pepper, the flour and the sifted yeast then the glass of milk. Mix to obtain a creamy paste by adding water in small amounts. Add a small piece of finely chopped pepper and egg yolk. Mix and let cool for at least two hours. When the oil is very hot, put the dough in it with a teaspoon. Drain the Accra on a paper towel and serve hot as an appetizer or as a starter accompanied by a green salad.
