1 packets of sandwich bread without crusts
1 half cucumber
6 slices of smoked salmon
150 g of white cheese
6 fresh squares
Of chopped dill
300g of fresh cheese type St Moret
For the decoration
Red and yellow cherry tomatoes
3 round radishes
1 bunch of chives
Mix the cottage cheese with the fresh squares, add the dill, lemon, salt and pepper slightly. Peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices in the mandolin.
